This is an on-going project in the City of Ontario. Milliken Avenue will be an elevated structure over the Union Pacific Rail Road and Mission Boulevard. There will be aesthetic treatment for the retaining walls and landscape treatment along the street parkways and medians. A small amount of encroachment into adjacent private properties along Milliken and Mission will need to be addressed during the course of designing the project.
