The City of Garden Grove proposed to rejuvenate Harbor Boulevard, from Garden Grove Boulevard proceeding north to the city boundary with Anaheim at Wilken Way and officially renamed this corridor as the “Grove District.”  Cornerstone Studios provided the Streetscape Master Plan which included developing a plan for landscape and streetscape improvements along Harbor Boulevard, presenting three

 (3) options for these improvements, and developing detailed plans for each design element for a selected option. The Streetscape Master Plan is envisioned to create a unique and unifying visual statement, to outline a safe, inviting and attractive pedestrian oriented design that complements the vibrant, festive and leisure oriented lands uses along the Grove District.
